Scar/Stretch Mark Camouflage
Service Description
Treatment time and pricing vary depending on the size, location and complexity of the treatment area. Final pricing is confirmed following assessment. What is Scar Camouflage? Scar camouflage is a specialized paramedical tattoo technique designed to reduce the colour contrast between a lighter scar or stretch mark and the surrounding skin. Custom-blended skin-tone pigment is carefully implanted into suitable scar tissue to create a softer, more natural-looking transition. It is generally best suited to fully healed, stable scars that are lighter than the surrounding skin. Camouflage does not remove a scar or change its texture. The goal is to make the difference in colour less noticeable. Scar Types We Can Help With Surgical scars: C-section, tummy tuck, breast surgery and other mature surgical scars. Stretch marks: Mature, lighter stretch marks where colour contrast is the primary concern. Injury & trauma scars: Fully healed scars from cuts, burns or other injuries. Self-harm scars: Stable, lighter scars may be suitable for camouflage. Selected hypopigmented areas: Some stable areas of colour loss may be candidates following assessment. What to Expect 1. Consultation, skin assessment and custom colour matching. 2. Multiple sessions may be required to build colour gradually. 3. Pigment is matched to your skin tone at the time of treatment. 4. Goal: reduce contrast and create a more natural-looking blend. Natural skin can change with tanning, seasons and circulation, while implanted pigment does not tan in the same way. A perfect year-round colour match cannot be guaranteed. Please review the Pre-Care & Post-Care and Studio Policy pages before booking.
